Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or food process and blitz into a smooth paste.
- Mix together the seasonings to create a spice mix.
- Thoroughly coat the salmon.
- Add the paste into a frying pan or wok and fry for a few minutes until it thickens slightly and releases its aromas.
- Add in the coconut cream and bone broth.
- Let it simmer for a couple of minutes and add in the liquid aminos, fish sauce and sweetener.
- Place the salmon into the curry, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Garnish your curry and serve wit cauliflower or jasmine rice.

Replacements you can use:
- Ginger instead of galangal
- Lime zest instead of lime leaves
- Soy sauce instead of liquid aminos
- Coconut sugar instead of sweetener
- Any protein instead of the salmon
