1 tbsp of 100% cocoa powder
1 tsp of beetroot powder (you can use red food colour)
1 tbsp of monkfruit or your favourite sweetener

White chocolate ganache:
1/4 cup of sugar free white chocolate chips
1-2 tbsp of whipping cream

Add all the ingredients for the Red Velvet breakfast pot into a jar and give it a good mix.

For the ganache
Heat your cream in the microwave at 10 second intervals. Then add in the chocolate chips.

Continue stirring until the chocolate has melted and top your red velvet with it.

Plus it in the fridge until the morning.
