Instructions
- Using a ratio of 1:2, leave the lentils to soak overnight
- Rinse out the old water and replace with new water.
- Add the water, lentils and seasoning to a blender and blitz until a smooth batter has formed.
- Heat a frying pan and add some butter or oil.
- Add a ladle of batter and evenly spread it around the pan.
- Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. It will no longer look wet and will be easier to flip. Allow it to brown a little if you would like a crispy wrap.
- Flip it over and let the other side cook.
- Remove from the stop and add your favourite fillings.
Notes
You can use any lentils for this recipe. I used a mix of red, yellow and green lentils. The nutritional information will change depending on the the lentils used. The ratio for the batter is 1:2 for lentils to water.
