Semiya Upma
Ok, so this is actually a keto-friendly version of Semiya Upma, a South Indian dish made using vermicelli, spices, nuts, seeds & lentils. I’ve made some adjustments to the original recipe to make it keto-friendly and based on what I had at home.
This is also a super quick dish to throw together. And as you don’t need to prepare the noodles in advance, this meal is prep to plate in 10 minutes!
A super tasty meal, that’s ready super, super fast!
Honestly, it’s so bloody good. You know you want to give it a try.

Notes
You can adjust the spices according to your family's tolerance level. When I'm cooking for the kids, I usually keep it mild. Then add in extra chilli flakes once it's cooked and I've served up the kid's food.
