a Nutritional Health Coach, podcast host, and women’s health advocate, passionate about helping women feel their best through food, lifestyle, and education.

My love for food started early. I grew up in a home where meals were made from scratch and shared with family, and that connection to food has stayed with me ever since. Over the years, I’ve learned that what we eat isn’t just about nourishment—it plays a huge role in how we feel, how we age, and how we show up in the world.

At 36, I started experiencing intense hot flashes, constant fatigue, and recurring UTIs. When I went to the doctor, I was shocked to be diagnosed with premature ovarian failure. It felt like I had fast-forwarded ten years into perimenopause overnight, and I had no idea what to do next. The lack of information and support was frustrating, so I took matters into my own hands—researching, working with experts, and eventually finding balance through nutrition, movement, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

That experience led me to launch The Forties Formula podcast with my co-host Amanda Lim, where we speak with leading experts on perimenopause, hormone health, and women’s well-being. I also coach women who want to take control of their health without the confusion and overwhelm that so often comes with midlife changes.

Here at Eat with Jasmin, I share nourishing recipes, real conversations about perimenopause, and practical ways to feel strong and vibrant at every stage of life. I’m so glad you’re here!
